All natural organic herbal drink to help with insomnia, stress, headache, blood pressure

General Description: A mixture of dry herbs, with essential oils, for preparing an infusion. Particularly recommended for treating insomnia, hyperactivity, and stress, chronic digestion difficulties, headaches, muscular pains, indigestion and excessive blood pressure.

Properties: Enhances parasympathetic activity and induces sleep

Active ingrediets: Camomille, Passion fruit, Verbena, Micromeria fruticosa, Marjoram, Melissa, Orange

Usage instructions: Pour boiling water on the mixture, wait two minutes, filter and drink. The tea may be sweetened.
- For calming: A tablespoon of herbal mix per cup, drink 2-3 times a day
- For insomnia: 1-2 tablespoons per cup of herbal mix, leave mixture in the water for 2 hours before filtering.

Limitations: Do not drink the tea before driving.

Comments:
1) in order to preserve its effectiveness drink Calm herbal tea 7-10 days, resume 5 days later.
2) The tea may stimulate kidneys activity. In such case, drink Calm tea about two hours before going to sleep.
